Double-wall Water-cooled Multi-temperature Grade Dual-force Controlled Vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnace and Its Application in Ceramic & Metal Powders 



   Zhuzhou Ruideer Intelligent Thermal Equipment Co.,Ltd located in Ruideer Technology Park,Tianyuan District,Zhuzhou Hunan Province,founded in 2011,covering an area of more than 19,000 square meters.


  At present,Ruideer has developed two core technologies of “high temperature &high pressure”and “chemical vapor deposition” with supplying vacuum sintering furnace and CVD coating furnace.


  The Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace features a double-wall water-cooling structure with horizontal orvertical configurations. This advanced sintering system is designed for high-density processing of materials,including ceramics,alloys,and composite materials.

Key System Description:


-The cooling water system employs stainless steel pipes for both main inlet andreturn water lines. All stainless steel connectors, flexible hoses, and valves from the main inlet to the furnace are pre-assembled and tested to ensure rapid on-site installation by the purchaser.


-The pressure range for all pipelines and valves in the equipment cooling watersystem is 0.2-0.3 MPa.


-The main inlet is equipped with an electrical contact-type pressure gauge andtemperature monitoring device, while the main return water line is fitted with atemperature monitoring device.


-Each branch of the inlet and return water pipelines is equipped with a manual ballvalve for easy maintenance.


-Electronic flow sensors are installed on return water pipes such as electrodes,furnace shells, and furnace doors to monitor water return flow rates. In case of emergencywater interruption, these sensors automatically cut off heating power supply anddischarge pressurized gas.
